Peppermint Oil’s Many Benefits & How Infuse It

#1 – Peppermint Essential Oil Use:
Toothpaste:
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon baking soda
- 20 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Mix together and use on your toothbrush.

Breath Freshener:
1 drop on the tongue to improve breath
Reduce Digestive Discomfort:
1-2 drops in a glass of water. Drink daily to sooth and cool digestive discomfort.
Vapor Rub:
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
(optional)
Mix together and rub on chest and/or below nose to help clear airways.
Headache:
Rub the oil on temple, forehead or neck. (Optional: mix with equal drops of lavender)

2-3 drops peppermint in coconut oil to rub on joint or sore muscle area.

- Base (carrier) oil: Almond, Wheat Germ or Grape Seed Oil
- Mallet or Mortar and Pestle
